Please note that this insurance is not necessary for orders shipped with our Premium Shipping option, as those shipments are already covered by both Hailuv Studio and the shipping carrier. Hailuv Studio’s Shipping Insurance is mainly offered as extra protection for international orders or orders shipped with economy / untracked shipping, where carrier protection may be more limited. If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund according to our insurance policy.
