Orders & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, which means we are unable to stop or modify orders after they have been submitted:(
Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving their order. The buyer is responsible for returning the products, including return costs. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Custom & Personalized Orders
For custom or personalized items, please message us in advance to discuss the details before placing your order.
Because these items are made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes our mystery items too!
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, Hailuv Studio cannot control delivery speed or delays caused by postal services.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.
Hailuv Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Lost or Damaged Packages
Unless the buyer has selected insured tracked shipping, Hailuv Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect handling after shipment.
If the buyer chooses economy untracked shipping, the package becomes the buyer’s responsibility once it has been shipped.
Each shipping method comes with different levels of protection. If you choose the cheapest shipping option without tracking or insurance, Hailuv Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Wholesale & Large Orders
Hailuv Studio does not currently offer wholesale.
However, if you are planning to place a large order, you are welcome to contact us to discuss possible price negotiations or discounts♡
Gift Wrapping & Packaging
All mystery bags come wrapped in tissue paper. We try our best to wrap all products in the cutest and safest way, so they can make it to you in one piece♡
