Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or major sales periods.
Because Hailuv Studio is a small independent business, occasional delays may occur during busy periods. We truly appreciate your patience and support ♡
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted Danish shipping providers, including PostNord, DAO and GLS.
For domestic orders within Denmark, packages may be delivered either directly to your home address or to a parcel shop/pickup location, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout
For international orders, packages are first shipped through our Danish carriers. Once the package leaves Denmark, delivery is handled by the national postal carrier of the destination country, which means delivery processes and tracking may vary
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the postal service. While we will always do our best to assist customers with delivery issues, Hailuv Studio cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier performance. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, customs processing, holidays, or severe weather.
Domestic shipping (Denmark):

International shipping:
3–14 business days
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options so customers can choose what best suits their needs. For tracked shipping methods, the carrier’s tracking information serves as official confirmation of delivery.
Economy Untracked Shipping: This is the most affordable shipping option, but comes with no tracking number and no insurance coverage. Once the package has been shipped, Hailuv Studio cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delivery issues related to untracked shipments
By selecting an untracked shipping method at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with non-tracked delivery.
Insured Shipping: This option includes shipping insurance. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the shipment may be eligible for a refund or compensation.
Premium Tracked & Insured Shipping: This shipping option includes both tracking and insurance coverage. This is the most secure shipping method, allowing you to follow your package throughout the delivery process.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. Customs processing may cause delays that are outside the control of Hailuv Studio.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and the customer may be required to pay new shipping costs for reshipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hailuv Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Orders shipped to the wrong address cannot be refunded or replaced.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to ship orders quickly, delivery may be affected by postal service delays, customs inspections, taxes and import procedures as well as peak seasons or holidays.
These delays are outside our control.
