Refund policy

We want your experience with Hailuv Studio to feel just as lovely as receiving your order. If something isn’t quite right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

General Return Policy

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, make sure the following criteria are met:

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with any freebies included.
The Item(s) must be clean, undamaged and complete
The item(s) must be sealed and in unopened/new condition
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and should upon request provide a tracking number for the returned order

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once delivered. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items
  • Skincare and beauty products
  • Jewellery
  • Mystery bags (these are considered custom curated items)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Opened or used products
  • Stickers may only be returned if:
    • They remain in their original sealed packaging
    • They are unused and undamaged

Exchanges

Hailuv Studio does not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an eligible item, you must follow the standard return process within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
Danish & EU Consumer Complaint Rights

In accordance with Danish consumer law EU regulations, customers have a 2-year complaint period. This means you have the right to notify us if a product has a fault or defect that existed at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • This applies only to manufacturing defects or faults
  • It does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Please make sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
